Abstract

Tema magistrskega dela izhaja iz podjetja Farmtech d.o.o. in sicer iz okoljskega programa. V njej je predstavljen razvoj vpenjalne priprave za obdelavo elementov drobilnega stroja. Razlog za izdelavo nove vpenjalne priprave je potreba po zamenjavi dosedanje priprave ter hitrejše obdelave obdelovancev. Prav tako mora omogočati obdelavo več obdelovancev hkrati ter dobro vpetje obdelovancev. Ker se bo uporabljala na CNC stroju, je bilo potrebno pri konstruiranju upoštevati dimenzije, ki jih stroj dopušča. V magistrskem delu je predstavljen dosedanji problem ter rešitev tega problema. Prikazano je modeliranje z vsemi upoštevanimi zadanimi točkami, ki so vplivale na končno obliko priprave. Poleg tega je upoštevan tudi maksimalni varnostni faktor. Opisana je tudi vsa potrebna tehniška dokumentacija ter izdelava v proizvodnji vpenjalne priprave. V zaključku dela so prikazani še stroški, ki so se pojavili pri izdelavi priprave ter navodila za uporabo.

Secondary title: Development of clamping device for machining of crusher machine elements
Secondary abstract: The topic of the master's thesis originates of the environmental program from company Farmtech d.o.o. It presents the development of a clamping device for processing machine elements of the crushing machine. The reason for constructing a new clamping device is the need to replace the existing device and faster processing of workpieces. It also needs to be able of processing more workpieces at the same time as well as good clamping of the workpieces. Because it will be used on a CNC machine, it was necessary to consider the dimensions allowed by the machine when constructing. The master's thesis presents the current problem and the solution of this problem. The modelling is represented with all the given points, which influenced the final form of the preparation. In addition, the maximum safety factor is taken into account. All the necessary technical documentation and production in the constructing of the clamping device is described. The costs that occurred during the preparation of the device and the instructions for use are shown at the end of the thesis.
