Posredovanje gasilcev v primeru prometne nesreče

Abstract

Gasilci imajo v današnjem času zelo pomembno vlogo. Predstavljajo intervencijsko službo, ki je nepogrešljiv člen ob številnih intervencijah. Nekateri to službo opravljajo poklicno, spet drugi prostovoljno. Naloge gasilstva so zelo raznolike. Poleg primarne naloge posredovanja ob požarih, opravljajo tudi vrsto drugih nalog, med katere sodi tudi posredovanje v primeru prometne nesreče. Prometne nesreče se dogajajo vsakodnevno. Ob večjih in zahtevnejših, poleg policije in reševalcev nujne medicinske pomoči, sodelujejo tudi gasilci. Na območju Republike Slovenije so ustanovljene Gasilske enote širšega pomena (GEŠP), katere opravljajo določene naloge zaščite in reševanja, kamor sodi tudi posredovanje v primeru prometne nesreče. Na območju delovanja GEŠP Ribnica, se je leta 2017 zgodilo 18 prometnih nesreč, pri katerih so morali posredovati gasilci. GEŠP Ribnica je za posredovanje pri prometnih nesrečah dobro usposobljena, ima vsa potrebna vozila in opremo za tehnično reševanje ter usposobljenih 23 članov. Glede na dosežene rezultate iz tekmovanja tehničnega reševanja ob prometni nesreči, katerega se udeležijo GEŠP iz cele Slovenije pa je enota enih boljših v državi ob posredovanju pri prometnih nesrečah. Leta 2017 so gasilske intervencije službe posredovale kar na 3.023 intervencijah nesreče v cestnem prometu, kar predstavlja 12,5% vseh intervencij, ki jih letno opravijo gasilske intervencijske službe. Izmed vseh intervencij zabeleženih v spletnem portalu SPIN, gasilci sodelujejo na največ intervencijah letno, vendar imajo v primerjavi s policijo vseeno manj intervencij.

Secondary abstract:	Firefighters have nowadays very important role in society. They represent the Intervention Services which is indispensable part in many Interventions. Some people do this job professionally, and others voluntarily. The tasks of firefighters are very diverse. In addition to the primary task of fire intervention, they also perform a range of other tasks, including mediation in the case of a road accident. Road accidents happen on a daily basis. On the larger and more demanding ones, in addition to the police and rescue workers of emergency medical treatment, firefighters mediate too. On the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, fire brigades of wider importance (GEŠP) are established, which perform certain protection and rescue tasks, including mediation in the case of a road accident. In the area of operation of GEŠP Ribnica, in 2017 there were 18 case of a road accident where firefighters had to intervene. GEŠP Ribnica is well trained in mediating in the case of a road accident, has all the necessary vehicles and equipment for technical heavy rescues and 23 qualified members. According to the achieved results in competition of technical heavy rescues in the case of a road accident, which is attended by GEŠP from all over Slovenia, GEŠP Ribnica is one of the best unit in the country in mediation of the case of a road accident. In 2017, the firefighting intervention services mediated on 3.023 intervention in the case of a road accident, which represent 12,5% of all interventions carried out annually by firefighting intervention services. Of all the interventions recorded on the web portal SPIN, firefighters participate in most interventions annually, but they have fewer interventions compared to the police.
