Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Trendi kaznivih dejanj na Hrvaškem (po podatkih ESB) so v teoretičnem delu predstavljeni nekateri problemi zbiranja podatkov v kriminaliteti in nekateri problemi, uporabe teh podatkov v mednarodnih primerjavah.. Sledi navedba in opis osnovnih kriminoloških teorij in predstavitev projekta European Source book of Crime an Criminal Justice Statistics. V zaključku teoretičnega dela je podana krajša zgodovina, predstavitev politične ureditve Hrvaške, njenega gospodarstva in kazenskega pravosodja. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni podatki kriminalitetnih števil vseh kaznivih dejanj, kaznivih dejanj umora, napada (telesnih poškodb), posilstva, tatvine, ropa, vloma in kazniva dejanja zlorabe prepovedanih drog na Hrvaškem in sicer za obdobje med letoma 2000 in 2011.

In the continuation of the empirical part, the existence of the time trend was tested on the basis of the collected data (ESB). The comparison of the trends for the selected criminal offenses between Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, and the EU members for the selected period per 100,000 inhabitants follows. The interpreted data are supported with the graphical display in order to understand them more easily and better. The diploma dissertation concludes with the testing of the hypotheses set at the beginning, with possible confirmation or the rejection of the latter, and with some ascertainments and some proposals for further work.
