Abstract

V diplomskem delu je obravnavana stanovanjska hiša, zgrajeno leta 1936, ki je bila leta 1969 dvignjena za eno etažo. Objekt je bil zadnjič obnovljen leta 1978. Največji problem hiše je vdor vode v klet. Ob večdnevnem deževju voda naraste tudi do 80 cm. Ker pritečena voda v kleti namaka kletne stene in objekt nima izvedene hidroizolacije, se iz kletnih sten dviga vlaga. Vlaga povzroča poškodbe v pritličju in na fasadi, ki se je ponekod zaradi vlage odlepila od zidu. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena sanacija stanovanjske hiše, pri čemer se reši problem z vdorom vode, prepreči kapilarni dvig vlage in obnovijo dotrajani deli objekta.

Secondary abstract: The graduation thesis discusses a residential building built in 1936 which was raised by one floor in 1969. The building was last renovated in 1978. The biggest problem of the house was the ingress of water into the cellar. During heavier rainfall, water rises up to 80 cm. Because the water which flows into the cellar drenches the walls and the building does not have hydro insulation, moisture rises from the cellar walls. Moisture causes damage to the ground floor and the façade which consequently is detached from the wall in some places. The graduation thesis presents the restoration of the residential building which solves the problem of the ingress of water, prevents capillary rising of moisture and renovates the dilapidated parts of the building.
