Abstract

V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili bistvene značilnost naročniške proizvodnje, podali teorijo s področja razvrščanja opravil in opisali prednostna oz. prioritetna pravila za razvrščanje delovnih nalogov.

Secondary title: Scheduling of production's orders in the case of a company in electro industry
Secondary abstract: The main goal of the production is to deliver the product to the customer within the specified deadline and at minimal cost. To achieve both goals, we can help with the optimal capacity management. Due to competition, companies must be flexible and be ready to react to changes as quickly as possible. Dynamic planning of production in small and medium sized companies is one of the most difficult combinatorial optimization problems - extremely complex and exceeds humans' abilities. Practical value is directly reflected in the rise of production resource utilization and consequently in the lowering of production costs in the company. In the theoretical part of this work, the main focus is on the description of basic characteristics of Make-To-Order production, theory of scheduling models and Priority Dispatch Rules. In the practical part of the work, we have focused on an optimization problem within the production environment of the company.
