Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena idejna zasnova proizvodne linije, ki jo sestavlja namenska elektronika, s pomočjo robotskega manipulatorja ABB IRB 120. S pomočjo simulacije v programskem okolju RobotStudio je prikazano delovanje robotske celice. V programu Solidworks pa je prikazana celotna proizvodna linija, prav tako pa so opisani sklopi linije za sestavljanje elektronskih komponent. Podan je stroškovni preračun za realizacijo robotske celice. Rezultat je vizualni prikaz celotne linije v programu Solidworks in simulacija robotskega manipulatorja v programu RobotStudio. Sestavljanje namenske elektronske komponente je s tem avtomatizirano, in bi s tem nadomestilo vsa ročna dela do izgotovljenega končnega produkta, ki je pripravljen za izvoz.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a conceptual design of a production line. The production line is used for assembling custom electronics by using the robotic manipulator ABB IRB 120. The simulation of the robotic manipulator is shown in the program environment RobotStudio. The whole production line is displayed in Solidworks. The stations of the production line are described for assembling the custom electronics. The cost calculation for the realization of the robotic cell is given. With the help of modern CAD programs, the whole production line is displayed and the simulation of action is shown in RobotStudio. The assembly of the custom electronics with the robot is now automated and is replacing all manual work for finishing the final product which is ready for export.
