Abstract

Na ulitku za avtomobilsko industrijo, ki se vpeljuje v serijsko proizvodnjo, se nahajajo izvrtine, katerih tolerance so precej ožje kot pri ostalih ulitkih, ki jih obdelujemo v podjetju. Ponovljivo obdelavo takih izvrtin je z obstoječimi rezalnimi orodji nemogoče dosegati, zato smo bili primorani poiskati orodje, ki je bilo sposobno zagotavljati kvalitetno in ponovljivo obdelavo. Te zahteve so botrovale k vpeljavi obdelave izvrtin s sestavljenim rezalnim orodjem za fino obdelavo, ki vsebuje modul za izravnavo opletanja, vodilne letve za natančno vodenje orodja po izvrtini in nastavljivo rezalno ploščico, s katero je mogoče kontrolirano izdelati željeno hrapavost in premer izvrtine. Tako orodje je bilo potrebno najprej umeriti in za zahtevane hrapavosti izvrtin s testi poiskati pravilno geometrijo nastavljive rezalne ploščice. Po izvedenem testiranju smo prišli do prave geometrije ploščice, dobljene rezultate pa smo primerjali s tistimi, ki smo jih dobili po teoretični poti s preračunom. Po ugotovitvi, da orodje za fino obdelavo deluje po pričakovanjih, se bo začela serijska izdelava omenjenega ulitka. Rezultati in izkušnje nam bodo v veliko pomoč pri podobnih projektih, saj obdelava sodobnih komponent za avtomobilsko industrijo postaja čedalje bolj zahtevna.

Secondary title: Machining of boreholes on cast with limited tolerance areas
Secondary abstract: There are boreholes on the cast for the car industry that is introduced in the mass production which tolerances are much narrower than by the other casts that we machine in our firm. It is impossible to reach the repeatedly machining of these boreholes with the existing cutting tools. Therefore we had to find the tools which were able to grant the quality and repeatedly machining. These claims led to the introduction of the borehole machining with the assembled cutting tools for the fine machining which includes the module to level the swerving motion, guide pads for the precise tool leading along the borehole and the set of the indexable insert that makes the supervised production of the wanted roughness and diameter of the borehole possible. First these tools had to take their measure and find the right geometry of the set indexable insert with the tests. The obtained results were compared to those which we became through the theoretical way with estimation. After the establishment the tools for the fine machining works as we expected, the mass production of the cast will begin. The results and experiences will help us a lot by similar projects, the machining of modern components in the car industry is becoming more and more demanding.
