Učinki plačilne nediscipline na poslovanje podjetja Terme Resort d.o.o.

Abstract

Plačilna nedisciplina predstavlja podjetju tveganje, na katero moramo biti izredno pozorni. Za obstoj podjetja velja, da moramo nenehno zagotavljati plačilno sposobnost, ki je najpomembnejši cilj finančne funkcije. Turizem ima mnoge pozitivne multiplikacijske učinke na celotno gospodarstvo, poleg gospodarske rasti in zagotavljanja delovnih mest pomembno vpliva na rast mnogih držav in regij. Zaradi multiplikacijskih učinkov pa se posledice plačilne nediscipline, ko govorimo o plačilni nedisciplini v turizmu, odražajo na vseh ravneh. Da podjetje preživi v kriznih obdobjih, je izredno pomemben denarni tok. Za poravnavanje obveznosti do dobaviteljev, bank, države in zaposlenih morajo pristojni v podjetjih poskrbeti za soliden denarni tok, ki jim omogoča plačilo obveznosti ob zapadlosti in nadaljnji razvoj in rast družbe. Da se lahko podjetja prilagajajo razmeram na trgu, je izredno pomembno, da so se sposobna v zelo kratkem času preusmeriti na druge trge. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da je podjetje Terme Resort d.o.o. na dobri poti, saj so izračunani kazalniki pokazali, da se stanje iz leta v leto izboljšuje.

Secondary abstract:	Poor payment discipline is a risk factor which companies should be extremely cautious about. For a company to exist, the most important objective in terms of finance is to maintain solvency at all times. Tourism has various multiplier effects on the entire economy. Aside from promoting economic growth and providing jobs, it has a significant effect on the growth of many countries and regions. However, in terms of poor payment discipline in tourism, it is precisely due to multiplier effects that the impact of poor payment discipline reflects at all the levels. For a company to survive crises, cash flow is of vital importance. To settle liabilities to suppliers, banks, the state, and employees, company authorities must ensure a solid cash flow which allows them to settle liabilities in due time and enables a continuous development and growth of the company. For companies to be able to adapt to the market conditions, it is essential that they are capable of shifting to other markets very quickly. The study has found that the Terme Resort d.o.o. company is on a good way. Indicators show that the situation improves each year.
