Abstract

V nalogi je bila vzpostavljena merilna proga za merjenje obratovalnih karakteristik dveh črpalk, s pomočjo ultrazvočnega merilnika pretoka in mehanskih merilnikov tlaka. Na novi merilni progi z dvema črpalkama, na kateri se lahko s pomočjo ventilov vzpostavita zaporedno ali vzporedno delujoči črpalki, smo namestili ultrazvočni merilnik pretoka, s katerim sem meril pretok vode in z dušenjem s pomočjo krogličnega ventila nastavljal pretok v cevi, s katerim sem meril pretok pri različnih tlakih. Naloga je pokazala, da se čas merjenja in s tem prikaz obratovalnih karakteristik črpalk v preglednicah, neprimerno zmanjša v primerjavi odčitavanjem in preračunavanjem iz vodomera na izstopu iz cevi.

Secondary title: Experiment setup for measurement of operating characteristics of two pumps
Secondary abstract: In this paper an experimental setup of two centrifugal pumps was set to measure operating characteristics of two pumps with an ultrasonic flowmeter. With the help of valves, pumps can be set to parallel or operating in series. On this experimental setup an ultrasonic flowmeter was placed, with which water flow was measured, with the help of ball valve I was damping, so that the pressure in the tube can rise and the flow could be measured at different pressures in the tube. The assignment has shown the time measuring the flow and the operating characteristics of pumps was significantly shorter.
