Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo se osredotočili na percepcijo obstoječega spletnega dnevnika v namen zvišanja spletnega prometa. Glede na načela in dobre prakse percepcijskega oblikovanja spletnih strani smo omenjeni spletni dnevnik vizualno izboljšali. Glede na izbrane metrike uspešnosti smo nato z orodjem Google Analytics izmerili spletni promet pred in po izboljšavi. Pokazali smo, da imajo percepcijske izboljšave vpliv na sam promet spletnega mesta. V postopku merjenja smo namreč dosegli 45,19 % izboljšanje pri ogledih strani ter 59,24 % izboljšanje pri številu uporabnikov.

Secondary title: Impact of visual perception on weblog traffic
Secondary abstract: The focus of this diploma thesis is a study of visual perception on an existing weblog in order to improve its website traffic. This is achieved by updating it according to the principles and good practices of visual perception for websits design. Google Analytics was used to measure selected importaint performance indicators (KPI) before and after the visual improvement. We have shown that perception has a measurable impact on web traffic as we achieved 45.19 % and 59.24 % improvements in regards to page views and user count.
