Abstract

V zaključnem delu je zasnovana in izdelana merilna naprava za preizkušanje statičnih karakteristik hidravličnih ventilov. Izdelana je v skladu s standardom ISO 10770-1:1998. Za ustrezno regulacijo hidravličnega sistema je potrebno poznati tako statične, kot dinamične karakteristike hidravličnih ventilov. Te se tekom obratovalne dobe ventila tudi spreminjajo. Vpliv obratovalnih pogojev je mogoče ovrednotiti z ustrezno merilno napravo, ki mora zagotavljati primerljivost rezultatov meritev in primerjavo s karakteristikami dobljenimi na drugih merilnih napravah, ki upoštevajo standardni postopek. Zaključno delo se osredotoča le na merjenje statičnih karakteristik in na standardne postopke meritev statičnih karakteristik hidravličnih regulacijskih potnih ventilov. Opisana je zasnova merilne naprave za merjenje statičnih karakteristik, njena fizična izvedba, uporabljeni senzorji, ter zasnovan program Windows aplikacije in realno časovni program na programabilnem logičnem krmilniku. V zaključenem delu naloge so predstavljeni rezultati praktičnega preizkusa merilne naprave s testiranjem hidravličnega ventila.

Secondary title: Automatization of the test bench for hydraulic valves
Secondary abstract: In this thesis, a test bench for testing static characteristics of hydraulic valves was designed and constructed in accordance with ISO 10770-1: 1998th. In order to achieve successful closed loop control of the hydraulic system it is necessary to know the static and dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic valves, which depend on the operating conditions. Influence of operating conditions can be evaluated by using an appropriate test bench, which must ensure comparability between measurements and comparability with measurements of other test bench, which use the standard procedure. The thesis only focuses on static characteristics and standard procedures for measuring static characteristics of hydraulic valves. It describes the design of the test bench for measuring the static characteristics, its physical implementation, sensors used, and the design of Windows application and the real-time program running on a programmable logic controller. The thesis ends with the results of a practical test of a hydraulic valve using the test bench.
