Kritični dejavniki uvedbe pri projektih digitalne transformacije

Abstract

V zadnjih letih so podjetja v skoraj vseh panogah izvedla številne pobude za raziskovanje novih digitalnih tehnologij in izkoriščanje njihovih koristi. To velikokrat zahteva transformacijo celotnega poslovanja podjetja. Podjetja si prizadevajo za uvedbo digitalne transformacije preden se je lotijo konkurenti ter si tako zagotoviti preživetje na trgu in doseganje konkurenčnih prednosti. Gradniki digitalne transformacije: računalništvo v oblaku, velike količine podatkov in analitika s pomočjo interneta stvari omogočajo podjetjem, da spremenijo obstoječe poslovne modele ter ustvarjijo nove izdelke in storitve. Vključevanje novih digitalnih tehnologij pa pomeni tudi večja tveganja kibernetske varnosti. Čeprav so inovativne digitalne tehnologije ključne za digitalno transformacijo, se moramo zavedati, da digitalna transformacija ni zgolj tehnološki izziv, ampak projekt celovitega preoblikovanja podjetja, ki vključuje spreminjanje kulture podjetja, vodstvenih konceptov, načina komunikacije in dela v podjetju. Digitalna transformacija prinaša številne koristi, hkrati pa ustvarja pritisk in številne izzive za podjetja.

Secondary abstract:	In recent years businesses in almost all industries have undertaken a number of initiatives to explore new digital technologies and exploit their benefits. This often requires transformation of the entire business of the company. Companies strive to bring an introduction of digital transformation before they are tackled by competitors, thus ensuring market survival and competitive advantage. Digital transformation builders: cloud computing, Big Data and analytics through the Internet of Things allow companies to change existing business models and create new products and services. The integration of new digital technologies also implies greater risks of cyber security. Although innovative digital technologies are key to digital transformation, we must realize that digital transformation is not just a technological challenge but a project of a comprehensive transformation of a company that involves changing the company's culture, management concepts, the way of communicating and working in the company. Digital transformation brings many benefits while at the same time creating pressure and numerous challenges for businesses.
