Abstract

Naloga preučuje teoretična izhodišča samosupervizije in praktično prikaže njeno izvajanje na podlagi opisa učnega konteksta, modela samosupervizije v akciji in strukturiranih mikro- in makrointervencij.

Secondary title: Self–supervision of the reflective practitioner
Secondary abstract: In this master's thesis, self-supervision is researched theoretically as part of several types of supervision. Research questions involve the definition of supervision and the character of its study context, the defining of the terms reflection and reflective practitioner, investigation into kinds of structured interventions used in supervision, as well as questioning whether self-supervision is sufficient type of supervision. The thesis deals with theoretical origins of self-supervision and exposes in practice its implementation on the basis of describing the study context, the enacted supervision model and also the structured micro and macro interventions. Self-supervision is represented as the essential philosophy in use by experts in support professions, and not as a cluster of various interventions formed by a few “proper” questions leading to one’s own “correct” answers. Self-supervision is a type of supervision demanding deepened and continued investigation into professional action and interferes with the personal field, as well. The main process of self-supervision is reflection – reflecting on one’s own thoughts, experiences, emotions and behaviours. Relying on the theoretical approach and reflection, the thesis attempts to enrich the writings on self-supervision in Slovenian language, where its representations still seem to be insufficient.
