magistrsko delo
Abstract
interpretirajo novice s seksualno vsebino, kako seksualne vsebine zaznamujejo širšo medijsko
podobo in v kakšni meri seksualne vsebine krojijo širši medijski prostor. S pomočjo
empirične analize smo ugotavljali razlike v dojemanju vsebin, glede na spol in pogostost
medijske uporabe.

Analysis of the perception of media audience |
Secondary abstract: |
Nowadays we can encounter many sexual scenes in the media environment, whether in the form of
advertising boards, online advertisements, online news portals or films. Within the master`s thesis, we
were dealing with the percepcion of sexual content on online news portals. We focused primarily on
the attitude of the audience to sexual media content, as well as on the difference in the perception of
sexism between men and women. We were also focused on the differences among respondents
regarding the frequency of monitoring online news portals. We were interested in how internet users
interpretate news with (partly) sexual content, in the form of »sexist« and »erotic« contributions. We
also examined how monitoring such content influences understanding of society and distribution of
sex roles. In theoretical part, we have thus processed literature on the topi cof sexism and eroticism, as
well as sexuality in the media. We conducted an online survey to conform or reject theses. |
