Abstract
Testiranje izdelkov in komponent je zelo pomembno za zagotavljanje kakovosti, pravilnega delovanja in dolge uporabne dobe izdelkov. Magistrska naloga obravnava zasnovo in izvedbo avtomatizacije naprave za vzdržljivostno testiranje hidravličnih komponent. Na napravi je mogoče testirati obrabo hidravlične črpalke, proporcionalnega ventila ter hidravličnega valja. Komponente so med izvajanjem testa podvržene pospešeni obrabi. Naloga se nanaša na zasnovo električnega krmilnega dela testne naprave - na izbiro električnih komponent ter zasnovo električne sheme in izdelavo omare. Predstavljen je način izdelave krmilnega programa ter njegovo delovanje. Sledi izdelava uporabniškega vmesnika ter sklop za beleženje in shranjevanje podatkov v podatkovno bazo. Rezultat magistrskega dela je delujoče preizkuševališče za testiranje obrabe hidravličnih komponent.

Secondary abstract: |
Testing of products and components is very important in order to assure quality, correct functioning and long life of products. This thesis discusses the design of automation for a hydraulic component durability testing device. The device is capable of testing the wear of hydraulic pumps, proportional valves and hydraulic cylinders while they are being subject to accelerated wear. Electric component selection, electric diagram design and construction of the electric cabinet are all described in this thesis. The design process of the control program and its operation are also described. Finally, the implementation of user interface and data logging for further analyses are presented. Result of the thesis is a fully functional device for testing hydraulic component wear. |
