Abstract

V magistrskem delu obravnavamo načrtovanje proizvodnega procesa s pomočjo sodobnih programskih okolij. Glede na pridobljene vhodne podatke smo v virtualnem okolju oblikovali proizvodni proces. Skonstruirali smo diskretni simulacijski model proizvodnega procesa, glede na več različnih scenarijev. Rezultate simulacij smo primerjali glede na referenčni scenarij. Cilji simulacijskih scenarijev so ugotoviti karakteristike proizvodnega procesa, pretočne čase izdelkov in stopnje proizvodnosti. S tem primerom želimo prikazati prednosti uporabe simulacijskih okolij v namen postavitve in optimizacije proizvodnega procesa.

Secondary title: Production process planning and design with an advanced software environments
Secondary abstract: In this master thesis production process planning with an advanced software environments is presented. We have designed production process in virtual environment according to the input data. We have made discrete simulation model of production process accordingly to several different scenarios. We have compared results of simulations with reference scenario. The goals of simulation scenarios are to determine characteristics of production process, production time and production rate. With this case, we want to show advantages of simulation tools in building and optimisation of production process.
