diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Informacijska varnost
Abstract
Pri teoretičnih izhodiščih so izpostavljene prednosti in slabosti interneta za otroke in pogoste oblike nasilja. Predstavljeni so tipi in motivi storilcev ter urejenost področja zaščite otrok pred nasiljem v kibernetskem prostoru.

Violence against children in cyberspace |
Secondary abstract: |
We live in a society that enters to the cyber space every day. Technology has made people's life easier and offers a wide range of services that became practical and useful for every day. It enables access to huge amounts of data which is accessible in one place, so that people can decide at what point and which data they will use. Cyber space development also develops cyber criminal, in which people abuse advantages of the benefits that cyber space offers. Such types of crimes are increasingly being subjected to children. While adults are aware of their actions and in most cases can properly recognize the danger, most children are not mature enough and may find themselves in serious trouble.
The primary goal of this work is focused on presentation of the common issue of violence against children in cyber space. In theoretical starting points we exposed advantages and disadvantages of internet for children and most common forms of violence. We present types and motives of offenders and regulation of the area of protection of children from violence in cyber space. In the practical part, through interviews, we obtained the data from qualified persons who deal with problematics in our country. We conducted interviews with 6 people, from whom we gained data of the frequency of violence in cyber space. According to hypotheses, we have checked the level of protection of Slovenian children compared to foreign children, the qualifications of parents to help their children, the most common form of violence and the responsibility for protecting children.
In Slovenia the problem of consideration cases is decreasing compared to a few years ago, but we must be aware that there are many unreported and undisclosed cases. Therefore, properly communication and recognition of aberrantly behavior is needed. |
