Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili notranji transport v podjetju Boxmark Leather, d. o. o., s Kidričevega. Podjetje je znano po usnjenih izdelkih, ki jih izdelujejo za pohištveno, avtomobilsko, pomorsko, železniško in letalsko industrijo. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili notranji transport, v praktičnem delu pa smo analizirali obstoječe stanje notranjega transporta v podjetju, katera transportna sredstva uporabljajo pri notranjem transportiranju in s katerimi pripomočki si pomagajo. Izpostavili smo problem na področju notranjega transportiranja zašitih prevlek iz šivalnice do skladišča, in sicer zaposleni, ki delajo v pakirnici in skladišču, morajo sami prevzemati komponente v šivalnici. Rešitev smo našli v sistemu, ki bi sam transportiral komponente iz šivalnice v skladišče. Poiskali smo takšno rešitev, ki bi najbolje ustrezala podjetju in ima največ potenciala pri nadgradnji sistema. Ko smo iskali rešitev za transportiranje komponent, smo našli več različnih rešitev za skladiščenje zašitih prevlek in transportiranje zašitih prevlek s prevoznim sredstvom. Te rešitve bi pripomogle k boljši manipulaciji in zmanjšanju poškodb zašitih prevlek.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma we will present the internal transport at Boxmark Leather d. o. o. The company Boxmark Leather d. o. o. in Kidričevo is known for leather products, which they manufacture for furniture, automotive, maritime, and railway. In the theoretical part we will present the internal transport. In the practical part of this diploma we will analyze the existing state of internal transport in the company, which transport means are used for internal transportation. We will highlight the problem in the field of internal transporting of sealed covers from the sewing room to the warehouse. The problem is that the employees who work in the packaging rooms and in the warehouse must go and take the components in the sewing room themselves. We found a solution in a system that would transport the components from the sewing room into the warehouse itself. We have found a solution that suits the company and has the greatest potential in upgrading the system. When looking for a solution for the transport of components, we found a number of different solutions for storing coatings and transporting coatings with different transportation. These solutions would help to manipulate the items better and they would reduce damage.
