Nadgradnja polavtomatskega stroja za pakiranje izdelkov v kartonske škatle

Abstract

V podjetju INEL d. o. o. se ukvarjajo z razvojem in proizvodnjo naprav za označevanje, kontrolo in verifikacijo v farmaciji, specializiranih naprav za avtomatizacijo v industriji, etiketiranih naprav in naprav za označevanje izdelkov. Zaradi vse večjega ponarejanja izdelkov v farmaciji smo dobili nalogo, da predelamo napravo, ki bo posnela zloženke za lažjo sledljivost. Preden smo se lotili modeliranja, smo si napravo ogledali in naredili izmere, nato smo naredili idejne skice in začeli z modeliranjem. Ko smo zmodelirali in izdelali vse sestavne dele, smo jih namestili na že obstoječo napravo. Na koncu smo izvedli še preizkus, da je naprava delovala kot je treba.

Secondary abstract:	The company INEL d. o. o. develops and produces devices for marking, control and verification devices in pharmacy, specialized automation devices in industry, labeling devices and devices for labeling products. Due to the growing falsification of pharmaceutical products, we were given the task of processing a device, which will record the packets for easier traceability. Before we started modeling, we had taken a look at the device and taken its measurements, after which we made conceptual sketches and started modeling. When we designed and manufactured all the components we installed them on an existing device. In the end we tested it and made sure the device was working as intended.
