Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena zasnova merilnega sistema za merjenje sile, ki je namenjena meritvam navora. Prikazan je koncept delovanja in vezava komponent, ki v celoti tvorijo merilni sistem z brezžičnih prenosom izmerjenih signalov. Merilni sistem je umerjen s standardnim procesom umerjanja, ki potrjuje ustreznost izbranih komponent. Merilni sistem je povezan z računalnikom na katerem preko programskega okolja LabVIEW spremljamo meritve. Rezultati umerjanja so analizirani in izračunana je natančnost zajemanja meritev prototipnega merilnega sistema.

Secondary title: Updating of torque measurement system and wireless transmission of measurement signals over long distances
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the design of a measuring system for force measuring, which is intended for the measurement of torque. The concept of operation and binding of the components, which form the entire measurement system with wireless transmission of the measured signals, is presented. The measuring system is calibrated with a standard calibration process, which confirms the suitability of the selected components. The measuring system is connected to a computer where the measurements are monitored through the LabVIEW software environment. The calibration results were analyzed and the accuracy of capturing measurements of the prototype version of the measuring system was calculated.
