Abstract
Pomoč ranljivi družini pri težavah je za njene člane izrednega pomena, zato je na strokovnih delavcih odgovornost, da proces načrtujemo in izpeljemo čim bolj prilagojeno njim. Procesno delo je pristop, ki mu namenjamo premalo pozornosti, saj pogosto večji poudarek dajemo načrtovanju posameznih srečanj, procesnost in celostnost pa zanemarimo. V magistrskem delu obravnavam analizo pomoči ranljivi družini, pri čemer sem se posvetila opredelitvi procesa samega, kar je bil tudi moj osrednji cilj. Osredotočam se na uporabnost zastavljenega pripomočka za beleženje posameznih srečanj s poudarkom na razvidnosti procesnega dela. Raziskujem pa tudi svoje delo, torej delo strokovne delavke, ter načine in tehnike, uporabljene glede na potrebe družine.
V teoretičnem delu se najprej posvetim krajši opredelitvi razumevanja družine, ki je osnova za nadaljevanje poglobljenega dela z družino. V nadaljevanju obsežnejši del namenim opisovanju in soustvarjanju procesnega dela z družino, katerega pomemben del je delovni odnos. Dotaknem se dveh meni najbližjih konceptov pri delu z družino: kratke, v rešitev usmerjene pomoči in preusmeritve od reševanja problemov k iskanju rešitev. Na tej točki pozornost usmerim tudi na prvo in drugo raven dela z družino oziroma na delo na vsebini in procesu. Delo na dveh ravneh nam pomaga, da razumemo ne le nastale dogodke v družini, temveč tudi notranjo dinamiko družine, ki je navzven skrita. Gre za raziskovanje ravnanja družinskih članov drugega z drugim, za raziskovanje komunikacije in za raziskovanje odnosov v družinski skupini. Osredotočim se še na pomen vloge strokovnega delavca, ki družino vodi in spremlja na poti proti zastavljenim spremembam.
V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela je predstavljena kvalitativna analiza študije primera, v kateri je sodelovala ena štiričlanska družina. Namen raziskave je prikazati pomembnost in uporabnost procesnega vidika sodelovanja z družino, hkrati pa ugotoviti, kakšen način dela strokovne delavke je pri tem najučinkovitejši. V rezultatih sem se osredotočila na pregled pokazateljev procesnega pristopa skozi različne pomembne dejavnike, ki sem jih sama zaznavala. Vključila sem tudi prispevek družine k ustvarjanju procesa pomoči in pri tem ugotovila, da se je s soustvarjanjem procesa skupaj z družino in upoštevanjem njihovega glasu okrepil naš odnos, hitreje in kakovostneje smo dosegali želene rezultate, hkrati pa je soustvarjanje imelo pozitiven učinek na medsebojne odnose družinskih članov. Rezultati so pokazali, da je spremljanje in beleženje procesnega pristopa kompleksno dejanje, saj zahteva veliko osredotočenosti in zbranosti. Za procesni pristop se je pokazala kot nujna osnova soustvarjanje rešitev. Na ta način se omogoči tesno sodelovanje družinskih članov s strokovno delavko, pri čemer je pomembno, da v procesu dela izhajamo predvsem iz potreb družinskih članov.

Monitoring the process of support and assistance to vulnerable family |

Helping vulnerable family with their issues is very important for all its members, therefore we as a trained professional should plan the process of helping them in a way, that it is adapted to their needs. Process work is approach which does not get enough attention, planning of meetings often gets more attention and therefore we ignore processability and integrity. In master's degree I am analyzing ways how to help vulnerable family, focusing on defining the process of doing so, which was my main objective. I am emphasizing on functionality of tool which is recording all our meetings, and focusing on transparency of process work being done. I was also exploring my own work, in a role as social pedagog, and also ways and techniques which were used based on needs of particular family.
In theoretic part of my work I am firstly focusing on short definition how to understand family in need, which is base point for further work with them. Work is continuing with part which is describing work with family as a process work, co-creating between social pedagog and family members, focusing on a process, important part of which is work relationship. I also talk about my two favorite concepts; solution-focused approach and redirection of solving problems to solution searching. At this point I am focusing on first and second level of working with family or with other words, focusing on content and process. Working on two levels is helping us understand the family much more in detail; it shows that what is hidden at first, instead of just events which accrued in this family. This is family dynamics which dictates how family members treat each other, how they communicate. It is exploring relationships inside family group. Social pedagog role in working with a family is very important, due to leading and accompanying the family towards target objectives.
Empirical part of master’s degree is focusing on qualitative study of case in which one four-member family was participating. Main target of study is to show importance and functionality of process aspect of working with a family and in meantime also see which working method of social pedagog is most effective for doing so. In the results main focus is on overview of the process approach indicators, through various important factors that I perceived myself. I also integrated family contribution towards process developing and in mid time I realized that with co-creation of this process we were strengthening our relationship. Results were better and were achieved faster. Positive consequence was also seen in better relationship between family members. Results shown that monitoring and recording of process approach is a complex job, which demands great deal of concentration. Hart of this process was need to co-create and to cooperate with social pedagog and family members. The most important was family’s stories and their experience based on which, they were searching for a solution. |
