Secondary abstract: | In the master's thesis we are dealing with the impact of economic policy on aggregate consumption function. We analyze different models for aggregate consumption function for the United States of America from 1950 to 2015. In the first part we present the theoretical basis for our econometric analysis. In the second part we make a detailed econometric analysis for each model and on the basis of the obtained results we choose the most appropriate model. We figure out the most important model for analysis aggregate consumption function in the USA is the double logarithm linear regression model The life-cycle theory of consumption. On specified models we check the impact of economic policy. The final conclusion is, the economic policy had the impact on personal consumption in USA. |
