Abstract

Urgentna stanja v psihiatriji so nevarna stanja, saj nastajajo nenadoma in nepričakovano. Takrat je ogrožen bolnik, okolica in svojci. Vloga in delo zdravstvenega osebja se začne pri sprejemu bolnika. Pomembno je, da zdravstveno osebje z ustrezno verbalno in neverbalno komunikacijo pomiri bolnika in ga ne vznemirja. Zaposleni so izpostavljeni PVU tedensko, vendar le-ti redkim povzročajo težave ali negativna občutja.

It can lead to harm, either to the patient or others in the environment.The role and work of medical staff begins with the patient's reception. It is important that medical staff, with appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication, calm the patient and does not disturb him. Employees are exposed to SSM weekly, but they rarely cause problems or negative feelings.
