Abstract

V raziskavo so bili vključeni le sortimenti s premerom nad 10 cm in dolžino 8,25 m. Vsak debelinski razred smo postopoma nalagali na tovornjak in vmes izvajali snemanja (skupno 30 posnetkov) z brezpilotnim letalnikom. Dobljene posnetke smo nato obdelali s programom Pix4D in programom Microsoft Excel.

Secondary title: Using a photogrammetric point cloud to calculate the volume of roundwood on trucks
Secondary abstract: We conducted a study on the use of photogrammetry to calculate the wood volume on truck loads in the Javorje Forest Management Area in June 2018. After harvest the logs were measured and divided into three diameter classes. The study involved only logs with a diameter of over 10 cm and a length of 8.25 metres. Each diameter class was gradually stacked onto the truck and periodically recorded (total of 30 recordings) with a drone. The images were processed with Pix4D and Microsoft Excel software. The triangulation method was used to calculate volume from the 3D model of the wood. Deviations between the wood volume calculated from the 3D model and the measured volume ranged between -1.07 m3 and 0.55 m3. The average stacking factor was 0.54 % 0.04 in diameter class A and 0.54 % 0.02 in diameter classes B and C. At full truck load the highest stacking factor was in diameter class B (0.59), followed by diameter class A (0.58) and C (0.57). The results show that the adjusted version of the photogrammetry method could easily be used in practice.
