Secondary title: | Determination of pulling loads supported by EHR hitch |
Secondary abstract: | Thorough knowledge of loads is a key factor in the process of optimization and regulation of machines, it aids to better efficiency and greater lifetime of the machine. These loads were measured with the help of integrated load pins of the three-point hitch. The data has been gathered via the diagnostic menu of the tractorʼs computer while driving and working with different implements. The collected data has been analysed with the use of a cycle counting method and presented in graphs. The analysis of the measurements showed that the biggest loads occur during driving on low-quality surfaces. Besides the driving conditions, the centre of gravity has also a big impact on the size of the loads. When driving or working on low-quality surfaces, the frequent occurrence of load cycles with large amplitude values can be observed on the load collectives. |
