Abstract

V diplomskem delu predstavljamo modeliranje neizotermnega kontinuirnega mešalnega reaktorja s hladilnim plaščem, v katerem poteka enostavna ireverzibilna eksotermna reakcija. V programskem okolju MATLAB/Simulink smo razvili model reaktorja ter analizirali njegovo dinamično obnašanje. V nalogi smo opisali in implementirali grafični vmesnik, ki omogoča uporabo modela brez predhodnega poznavanja matematičnega modela in programskega orodja. Z uporabo tega grafičnega vmesnika smo nato izvedli simulacije, pri katerih smo spreminjali vhodne parametre (začetna koncentracija reaktanta, vtočna temperatura hladiva, pretok hladilnega fluida v hladilnem plašču) ter opazovali vpliv le-teh na opazovane parametre po določenem času (koncentracija reaktanta, temperatura reakcijske zmesi ter temperatura hladiva v hladilnem plašču).

Secondary title: Modeling of non isothermal stirred-tank reactor with cooling jacket
Secondary abstract: The thesis intales modeling of non isothermal continuous stirred-tank reactor with cooling jacket, in which a simple irreversible exothermic reaction occurs. Using MATLAB/Simulink programming software, we developed a model of described reactor and analyzed its dynamic behaviour. We also described and implemented a graphical interface, which enables use of a model without previous knowledge of mathematical model or programming software. By using this interface, multiple simulations were done. We obeserved behaviour of concentraion of reactant, temperature of reactions medium and temperature of cooling medium in cooling jacket while changing parameters such as starting concentration of reactant, flow of cooling fluid and starting temperature of cooling fluid.
