Abstract

V magistrski nalogi je predstavljen praktičen primer pokanja zvarnih spojev na oljnem rezervoarju, s katerim se je srečalo podjetje Fibmarkt d.o.o. Za namene simulacije realnega napetostnega stanja in obremenitev na zvarnem spoju so bili izdelani preizkušanci, s katerimi je bil izveden proces dinamičnega obremenjevanja z namenom pridobitve empiričnih rezultatov, ki so služili kot osnova za preverjanje ustreznosti konstrukcijske zasnove zvarnega spoja. V skladu z ASTM standardi so bili izdelani natezni in upogibni preizkušanci za določanje mehanskih lastnosti ter parametrov mehanike loma materiala zvarnega spoja iz nerjavnega jekla AISI 304. Podatki, pridobljeni v sklopu testiranja omenjenih preizkušancev, podajajo informacije za primerjavo med mehanskimi lastnostmi zvarnega spoja ter osnovnega materiala.

Secondary abstract: This master's thesis shows a practical example of cracking of welded joints on an oil tank, first encountered by Fibmarkt d.o.o. Test pieces were made to simulate real-time tension and loads on the welded joints, and to carry out the dynamic load processes in order to obtain empirical results, which served as the basis for checking the suitability of the welded joints design. In accordance with ASTM standards, tensile and bending test pieces were made to determine mechanical properties and parameters of the welded joints material fracture mechanics, which were constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. The data obtained as part of the testing of the test pieces provided information for the comparison between the mechanical properties of welded joints and the primary material.
