magistrsko delo Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Spremembe v zunanjih elementih organizacije (tehnologiji, okoljskih sprememb, trajnostnem razvoju) so vidne in zaznane skozi ustvarjanje in hitrejše transformacije delovnih mest. Empirični del magistrske naloge bo obsegal raziskavo in analizo raziskave, izvedene v podjetju Fraport Slovenija. V analizo bomo zajeli delovne pogoje, organizacijo dela, karierne možnosti, strokovno usposabljanje in učenje ter vidik inovativnosti in iniciativnosti zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: |
In 2018, Fraport Slovenia was awarded with the title of the best employer as the best foreign investor and for the sixth and fourth consecutive year was awarded with the prestigious title as a respected employer in research Moje.delo.
The theme of the master thesis relates to the employees of Fraport Slovenija. Due to today's needs of the environment and organizations that indicate a high degree of importance to the knowledge of employees and the responsibilities of employees to achieving the goals of the organization, the topic of the master's thesis is linked, on the one hand, to the importance of knowledge management and, on the other hand, to the aspect of employees to the organization. We would like to point out the fact that quickly-emerging knowledge replaces even faster new knowledge. Also, jobs are expected to gain an ever-increasing level of knowledge for the needs of implementing the organization's strategy. Changes in the external elements of the organization (technology, environmental change, sustainable development) are visible and perceived through the creation and faster transformation of jobs. On the one hand, we will thus build a theoretical framework in the master's thesis, which will first take into account the basics of knowledge management and the factors of change in organizations. On the other hand, we will also theoretically highlight the aspects of employee satisfaction, which in many respects highlight the importance and orientation of organizations in the direction of maintaining a positive organizational climate. The empirical part of the master's thesis will include research and analysis of the research carried out by Fraport Slovenija. The analysis will cover working conditions, organization of work, career opportunities, professional training and learning, as well as the aspect of innovativeness and initiative of employees. |
