Secondary title: | Stress-strain optimization of vehicle for handle for LED lamp integration |
Secondary abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with a process of transforming the design of a car door handle with the aim of installing a lamp. Initially, the manufacturer's geometry was analyzed with consideration of fiber orientation within both pieces due to the injection molding process. This was followed by a topological optimization which defined an orientation for transforming the product geometry. Finally, the product was re-analyzed and compared with the original geometry. |
