Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo pokazali, kako s pomočjo programirljivega logičnega krmilnika in ustrezne programske opreme, izdelati programsko kodo za vodenje prometa skozi podvoz ob normalnih pogojih in kako v primeru zalitja podvoza. V primeru zalitja vozišča, podvoz zapremo za promet. S pomočjo programskega paketa STEP7, smo izdelali programsko kodo za krmilnik S-7 1200, ki preprečuje nevarne zaustavitve vozil in oseb v primeru zalitja podvozov. Za detekcijo zalitja smo uporabili kompaktno vibracijsko mejno stikalo za tekočine, v inox 316L izvedbi. Alarme pošiljamo na mobilno telefonsko številko upravljalca ceste, preko industrijskega GPRS (General Packet Radio Service -2G) modema. Del avtomatiziranega procesa smo povezali na operacijski panel KPT400.

Secondary title: Automatic management of traffic through the underpass with simatic s-7 1200 controller
Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we are goin to describe and represent the automatisation with SIMATIC S-7 1200 controller, and the TIA PORTAL V14 software, drive traffic through the underpass at normal conditions and in the case of underpass flooding. In the case of watering the carriageway, the underpass shall be closed for traffic. With the STEP7 software package, we created the code for the controller S-7 1200, which prevents the dangerous stops of vehicles and persons in case of overflowing of underpasses. For the detection of water we used a compact vibration limit fluid switch FTL33 in the INOX 316L version. Alarms are sent to the mobile phone number of the road manager via industrial GPRS (General Packet Radio Service -2G) modem. One part of the process is connected to the KPT400 operating panel.
