Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je prikazana uporaba FMEA-metode na snovanju proizvodnega procesa brizganja termoplastov za dan izdelek. V FMEA-analizi je pozornost posvečena iskanju možnih oblik napak, njihovih posledic, vzrokov za dane oblike napak in predlogov izboljšav, ki bodo odpravile ali vsaj zvišale njihovo verjetnost za doseganje kakovostnega proizvodnega procesa. Pri tem so se izvedle računalniške simulacije polnjenja s pomočjo računalniškega simulacijskega programa – Autodesk Moldflow Adviser. Glavni namen magistrske naloge je ustvariti splošen model FMEA-analize proizvodnega procesa brizganja termoplastov, ki bi se v prihodnje uporabljal za akumulacijo informacij v bazo inženirskega znanja pri načrtovanju proizvodnega procesa podobnih izdelkov.

Secondary abstract: |
The Master's thesis presents the use of the FMEA method in designing the production process of the injection moulding of thermoplastics for the given product. The FMEA method focuses on finding possible types of failures, their consequences, the reasons for the failures and suggestions for improvements, which will eliminate or at least increase the probability of failures in order to achieve a quality production process. For the purpose of this thesis, computer simulations of injection moulding were done using the Autodesk Moldflow Adviser computer simulation programme. The main goal of this Master’s thesis is to create a general model for the FMEA analysis of the production process of the injection moulding of thermoplastics, which could be used in the future to accumulate information to the engineering knowledge base in the planning of the production process for similar products. |
