diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management informacijskih sistemov
Abstract
Upravljanje s prometom, je dejavnost upravljanja s kritično infrastrukturo države, kar samo po sebi pomeni, da je ustrezno in hitro odzivanje na različne situacije, ključnega pomena. Navadno se v ta namen uporabljajo različne tehnološke rešitve in sistemi, izziv pri tem pa je zagotovo, kako z optimalnim obsegom periferne opreme, iz enovite točke, upravljati infrastrukturo in veliko število rešitev. V ta namen so na voljo različne tehnološke rešitve, zato smo v prvi vrsti, tako z vidika tehnologije, specifike informacijskega okolja, kot tudi uporabniške izkušnje, izbrali rešitev integracije upravljanja na nivoju strojne opreme. Prvotno smo pristopili k izdelavi pilotne postavitve, kjer smo navedena izhodišča preverjali, ter ustreznost rešitve konceptualno in vsebinsko tudi potrdili. Izhodišča smo v diplomskem delu oblikovali v specifikacijo integracije informacijskih rešitev za upravljanje prometa na nivoju strojne opreme, z uporabo IP-KVM matrične tehnologije, katera upravljalcem prometa omogoča centralizirano upravljanje rešitev in sistemov, neodvisno od njihove infrastrukture. V nalogi smo se osredotočali na cestni promet, kateri je glede količino in raznolikost opreme najbolj heterogen, vendar je model rešitve uporaben tudi pri drugih vrstah prometa, kot tudi sicer, za upravljanje katerekoli druge infrastrukture.

Traffic management is an activity, where a part of the country's critical infrastructure is handled, which means that reacting in the right way at the right time to different circumstances are one of the most important things. In practice, for this reason different technological applications and systems are used, but the real challenge is surely, how to handle the infrastructure with many different technical solutions from a single centralized point, using optimal peripheral resources. There are several technological solutions for this purpose, and we have chosen a solution based on the integration of the systems at the hardware level, considering the perspective of technology, specific features of the IT environment and users experiences. First of all, we performed the installation of a pilot, where we compared our theses, requests and the adequacy of the solution to our concept, and finally we confirmed the idea. In our degree thesis we have developed a specification of integration of technical solutions based on the hardware level, using an IP-KVM matrix technology system, thus allowing the user to use a centralized handling system of technological applications, independent of their infrastructure. In our solution we have focused on road traffic, where the technological solutions are the most numerous and also the most heterogeneous, however also considering, that the model is suitable for handling other types of traffic, as well as for various types of other infrastructure. |
