Abstract

Koncept industrije 4.0 povečuje zahteve glede produktivnosti in učinkovitosti procesov v podjetjih, na kar vplivajo tako zmogljivost strojev in naprav kot tudi zaposleni. Njihova aktivna udeležba pri ustvarjanju uspeha podjetja, prevzemanje odgovornosti za opravljeno delo, inovativnost in izkoriščanje lastnih prednosti so le nekatere lastnosti, ki jih poudarjajo novodobni trendi. Z namenom povečanja motivacije, ki pozitivno vpliva na našteto, smo v sodelovanju s podjetjem TEHNIOR ¬– Darko Bavdaž s.p. razvili in implementirali celovit model uspešnosti in učinkovitosti zaposlenih, ki temelji na ocenjevanju in usmerjanju njihovega vedenja. Opredeljujejo ga štirje kazalniki – zavzetost pri delu, način dela, odnos do dela, kontrola kvalitete dela skupine – in kontraproduktivne oblike vedenja. Kazalnike podrobneje definirajo kriteriji, katerih osnova so kritična mesta, definirana s popisom procesov v podjetju. Model je povezan s sistemom finančnega nagrajevanja – določanjem višine stimulacije v plači zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: The concept of 4.0 industry is enhancing requirements in terms of productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of processes in a company. The latter is also reflected in the capability of machines and the level of expectation from the employees grows bigger too. In this project we were aiming to enhance the motivation amongst the employees in TEHNIOR to a higher level. We developed a wholesome model of success and productivity of employees that is based on evaluation and direction of their behaviour. It constitutes of four indicators – motivation to work, the way of work, attitude towards work and quality control of the work of the team - and counterproductive forms of behaviour. The indicators are further defined by criteria which bases are critical spots that certain company's processes are organized around. It is connected to the rewards system for the employees.
