Abstract

Namen naloge je zasnova, izdelava in testiranje lastne merilne postaje za meritve dihanja tal. Za namen boljše prostorske pokritosti meritev dihanja tal bo zasnovana naprava vsebovala različne avtomatizirane aktuatorske sklope. V nalogi smo prikazali možnost izdelave lastnega nedisperzivnega infrardečega (NDIR) merilnega zaznavala, predstaviti omejitve in izbrati ustrezno alternativo.

Secondary title: Avtonomous robotic measuring station for soil CO2 flux capture
Secondary abstract: The goal of this thesis is to design, construct and test our own measuring station for measuring soil respiration. For the purpose of spreading measurements in the spatial domain the designed device will contain various automated actuator subassemblies. In addition the purpose of the task is to demonstrate the ability to develop our own nondispersive (NDIR) sensor, present its limitations and choose appropriate alternative. Results related to electrical current consumption of the actuator part of measuring station show that the choice of actuators should be reevaluated. Conducted measurements with a commercial alternative to the NDIR sensor showe that for the time series of raw CO2 concentrations, the data for CO2 soil flux can be easily calculated, but automatic calculation would require a more sophisticated algorithm. The process of remote sending of data via the GPRS module to the FTP server is also shown.
