magistrsko delo Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov

Abstract

V praksi žal velikokrat pride do negativnih učinkov faznih pričakovanj in nepredvidljivih zasukov, ki so posledica večih notranjih in zunanjih dejavnikov.

Secondary title: Implementation of a new information system into an operational business system
Secondary abstract: The introduction into the new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system has a very stressful effect on employees in the majority. All participants in the process, both the provider and the provider's operatives, implementers, support, and data transactors to the recipient of services and their operational users of ERP modules, and final recipients and analysts of important information, wish to implement the system as effectively as possible. The most effective implementation, in practice means, as little a time and cost input as possible as well as the maximum added value of using the system. The satisfaction of the user and the increase of the added value in the use of the new system is the priority of the ERP system provider. In practice, there are often adverse effects and unpredictable turns resulting from a number of internal and external factors. With the help of a good implementation strategy and a right project approach, for which again both sides are responsible, the possibilities for the success of the connection of business processes with the new ERP system will increase. The development of technology, us as the end user as well as the developer of innovations, helps us to increase our personal technological growth and lifelong learning, which is vital for survival in a technological and digital world. In the second part of this master's thesis we focus on the system end users and their feelings in the implementation and induction of the ERP system. Based on this research, in accordance with the theory written in the thesis as well as in terms of thoughts, desires, critical disturbances and confessions of our interviewees, we will try to encourage the system provider to progress in various fields of activity. In addition to the progress on the provider's side, we also want to encourage cooperation from the user's side. Not only the end user, but the main responsible factor for the implementation of ERP system.
