Abstract

Škoda Auto a.s., ki ima glavni sedež v mestu Mladá Boleslav (Češka), je eno izmed najstarejših podjetij za avtomobile. Njegovi začetki sežejo v pozno 19. stoletje in je aktivno še danes. Tovarna se iz dneva v dan širi, tako so nekateri deli mesta Mladá Boleslav popolnoma okupirani z objekti tovarne. (povzeto po [04]) V magistrski nalogi je predstavljena zasnova nove Administrativne stavbe za potrebe podjetja Škoda Auto a.s. in ureditev prostora pred novim objektom. Mesto je razdeljeno na dva dela: historično mestno jedro in območje tovarne. Z umestitvijo več manjših javnih objektov pred novo Administrativno stavbo želimo ustvariti novo “živo” središče, ki bi povezovalo že obstoječ poskus novega mestnega jedra v delu tovarne Škoda Auto a.s.

Secondary abstract:	Škoda Auto a.s. which headquarter is in the city of Mladá Boleslav (Czech), is one of the oldest car companies which dates back to the late 19th century and still running. The company is expanding day by day, so some parts of the city Mladá Boleslav are completely occupied with the facilities of the factory. (summarized by [04]) The master’s thesis presents the design of the new Administrative Building for the needs of Škoda Auto a.s. and arranging the space in front of a new building. The city is divided into two parts: the historical city core and the area of the factory. By placing several small public buildings in front of the new Administrative building, we want to create a new “living” center linking the already existing attempt at the new city center in the part of the Škoda Auto a.s.
