Abstract

V grobem poznajo konfesionalne šole, alternativne šole, zasebne šole, ki so združene v Združenje zasebnih šol, internacionalne zasebne šole in biligualne/dvojezične zasebne šole.

Secondary title: Private schools in Germany
Secondary abstract: In Germany, an increase of private schools is being noticed. Furthermore, more and more parents enrol their children into private schools. Although private schools have once been seen as schools of the elite, a lot has changed. Nowadays, students of different social backgrounds enrol into private schools. To make this possible, private schools have adjusted tuitions, making them accessible to all students. What is more, the variety of schools in Germany is very wide. Parents can enrol their children into five different categories of private schools, which are confessional schools, alternative schools, private schools, which are united into the Union of private schools, international private schools and bilingual private schools, each of them having their own definition, regulation and pedagogical principle. The aim of this master's thesis is to take a closer look into the development of private schooling and what the present situation of private schooling looks like.
