Abstract

To magistrsko delo obravnava problematiko lokalizacije v zaprtih prostorih. Kot rešitev predstavlja RFID tehnologijo, ki jo za namen identifikacije objektov že uporabljajo. V tem delu je predstavljena uporaba RFID daljšega dometa in prilagoditev slednjega za lokalizacijo s pomočjo AoA. Končne ugotovitve podajajo smernico za nadaljnji razvoj, potreben za uresničitev cilja praktične uporabnosti produkta.

Secondary abstract:	The aim of this graduation thesis is to investigate the problem of localising objects in enclosed spaces. As a solution, the work suggests an implementation of RFID technology which is already in use for identifying objects. It presents the use of long range RFID technology and its adaptation for the process of object localisation by utalising AoA. The results provide guidelines for the development of this technology which is needed in order to make the product usable in the industry.
