Abstract

Magistrsko delo opisuje zasnovo in razvoj porazdeljenega sistema za kontrolo motorjev v pametnem pohištvu na poudarku modularnosti. V nalogi so predstavljene vezalne topologije aktuatorjev v pohištveni industriji, osnovne značilnosti enosmernih motorjev, kontrola motorjev, komunikacijska povezljivost posameznih modulov in položajna regulacija aktuatorjev. Cilj danega dela je izdelava sistema za uporabo aktuatorjev v pametnem pohištvu na osnovi porazdeljene topologije, kjer posamezni podrejeni elementi za kontrolo motorjev delujejo usklajeno in pod nadzorom nadrejenega elementa. Opisan sistem je namenjen za industrijske produkte s poudarkom na nastavljivih mizah. V nalogi je podrobno predstavljena zgradba celotnega sistema od strojne opreme, do opisov algoritmov za položajno vodenje motorjev. V ospredju naloge je komunikacijska povezljivost posameznih aktuatorjev, ki omogoča prenos podatkov po porazdeljeni vezalni shemi sistema. Pravilno delovanje sistema je bilo preizkušeno na treh aktuatorjih, povezanih v verigo.

Secondary title: Distributed embedded system for motor control in adjustable furniture
Secondary abstract: Master thesis describes a development of distributed motor control system based on modular design for a usage in adjustable furniture industry. Actuator connection topologies in adjustable furniture, basic elements of dc motor, motor control, communication interface between individual actuators and position regulation are addressed topics in this thesis. In order to prove usage and modular design of distributed system for motor control, where group of individual actuator acts as one and with respect to control unit, this thesis was made. Described system was planned for industry usage especially for adjustable height tables. Both hardware and software details are described in master thesis. Main part of thesis is communication interface between individual actuators which enables data transfer across distributed system. Verification of implemented system was performed on three actuators linked in chain.
