Abstract

Secondary title: Organisational concepts analysis in slovenian manufacturing companies
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the results of the survey; it shows the degree of organizational concepts usage in correlation to certain factors of production and the participation of the companies in relation to various factors in the survey. In the theoretical part, the organizational concepts are presented to facilitate understanding. In the research section, the responses of companies were presented in terms of various factors. After the response of the companies, the state of all organizational concepts usage, organizational concepts depending on factors, technologies, and the analysis of technologies have been made. The results show that certain factors, such as company size, product complexity, degree of intensity of company, R&D activities, and some of the selected technologies, influence the degree of organizational concepts usage, such as measures to improve internal logistics, fixed process flows to reduce setup time or optimize change-over time, production controlling following the pull principle, etc. The range of use is generally high and there is still considerable untapped potential both in organizational concepts and in technologies.
