Abstract

Zaključna naloga preučuje Separator S-02, ki je del centralne naftne/plinske postaje Petišovci in last Petrol Geoterm d.o.o. Plin in plinski kondenzat se pridobivata iz plinskih vrtin v toku proizvodnje ter dodatnih, novih vrtin Pg-10 in Pg-11A. Cilj zaključne naloge je preučit tlačno posodo na način, da jo lahko rekonstruiramo. Naloga vsebuje splošen opis stanja, tehnične podatke, fizikalna ozadja, trdnostni preračun, tehnično dokumntacijo in predloge izboljšav. Preračun obremenitev je izdelan v skladu s standardi in zakonodajo Republike Slovenije. Namen rekonstrukcije je ohranjanje varnosti, podaljšanje življenjske dobe in pridobitev znanja za morebitno postavitev podobnih tehnologij v prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract: The work examines Separator S-02, which is part of Petišovci's Petroleum/Gas station and owned by Petrol Geoterm d.o.o. Gas and gas condensate are obtained from gas wells in course of production and additional, new wells Pg-10 and Pg-11A. The works main goal is to examine the vessel in a way, that reconsrution is possible. It contains a general description, technical data, physical background, pressure calculation, technical documentation and suggestions for improvements. Calculations are made in accordance with standards and legislations of Slowenian republic. The purpose is safety maintaining, extension of lifespan and to get knowledge about high pressure vessels, which can be used in similar cases.
