Vloga družine v družinskem podjetju

Abstract

Diplomski projekt je vsebinsko razdeljen na dva dela in sicer na teoretični del in empirični del. Ugotovili smo, da ni enotne definicije za družinsko podjetje, saj so mnenja avtorjev, ki opredeljujejo družinsko podjetje, različna. Med drugimi smo ugotovili, da obstajajo številne prednosti in slabosti v družinskih podjetjih. Slabosti, ki se pojavljajo v družinskih podjetjih so razni problemi znotraj družine, togost, nejasno nasledstvo in neznanje družinskih članov. Prednosti, ki se pojavljajo v družinskih podjetjih so znanje, čustvena navezanost in interesi zaposlenih. Zaradi različnih interesov, vrednost in odnosov družinskih članov, ki vplivajo na razvoj in delovanje podjetja so družinska podjetja edinstvena. V delu diplomskega projekta smo proučili vlogo družine v družinskem podjetju, odnose med družinskimi člani in vpliv odnosov, vrednot in interesov na razvoj in delovanje podjetja. V empiričnem delu smo na podlagi slovenskega družinskega podjetja analizirali vpliv vrednot, interesov in odnosov na izbrano družinsko podjetje. Med drugimi smo opredelili značilnosti, prednosti in slabosti izbranega družinskega podjetja.

Secondary abstract:	This work consists of a theoretical and empirical part. There is no common definition for a family business, since the opinions of the authors, who defining a family business, are different. We have found that there are many advantages and disadvantages of family businesses. Disadvantages of family businesses are problems in a family, stiffnes, unclear inheritance and potential lack of knowledge of family members. Advantages of family businesses are knowledge about the company, emotional attachment and interests of employees. Family companies are unique because of the different interests, values and family relationships that affect the development and operation a company. We explored the role of a family in a family business, relations between family members and the impact of the relations, values and interests on the development and operation of the company. In the practial part of this associate degree seminar we have done reserach based on the Slovenian family company, where we have analyized values, interest and relations. Among others we have presented the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the chosen family company.
