Abstract

V tem diplomskem delu sta predstavljena načrtovanje in izvedba električnega pogonskega sklopa, s katerim smo predelali bencinski skuter v električnega. Najprej je na splošno opisan princip delovanja električnih skuterjev ter ključne komponente električnega pogonskega sklopa. Nato je opisano načrtovanje električnega pogonskega sklopa. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena izvedba predelave. Prikazan je tudi postopek izdelave baterijskega paketa. Na koncu smo izvedli različne preizkuse električnega pogonskega sklopa, ter obnašanje skuterja v cestnem prometu.

Secondary abstract: This thesis presents design and realization of an electric drive, with which we upgraded a gasoline scooter into an electric one. First, the principle of how electric scooters works and the key components of the electric drive are presented. Then the design process of the electric drive is described. Next the realization of processing is shown. Furthermore, the process of manufacturing a battery pack is presented. Lastly, various tests of the assembled electric drive, as well as the behavior of the scooter in reality are presented.
