diplomsko delo Visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo
Gregor Urankar (Author), Davorin Kramar (Mentor)

Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni načini zajemanja oblike geometrijskih teles in opisan postopek digitalizacije merjenca s 3D skenerjem s strukturirano svetlobo.

Secondary title: Injection molding process control and product measuring with 3D scanner
Secondary abstract: This final degree presents the ways of capturing the shape of geometric bodies and describes the process of digitalisation of the part with a structured light 3D scanner. The effects on the measurement result are analyzed, focusing on the alignment of the scanned cloud points and the nominal 3D model and the selection of appropriate measurement procedures. The process of injection molding of the plastic product was monitored through three series. The purpose is to determine the detection of changes in the tool with frequent control. The second purpose is to determine the sensitivity of changes in different conditions, specifically adding the percentage of recycled material to the base material. In conclusion, there is a proposal to introduce this kind of control into regular production, based on the results.
