Abstract

Cilj zaključne naloge je razviti prenosni sistem za razsoljevanje morske vode, katerega produkt bo pitna sladka voda. Poudarek pri konstruiranju sistema je predvsem na prenosnosti, preprostosti in delovanju brez dodatne energije, za katerega si želimo, da na dan proizvede vsaj dva litra pitne vode. Na podlagi želja in zahtev smo razvili različne koncepte in jih ovrednotili ter izbrali najbolj primernega. Sistem za svoje delovanje izkorišča sončno sevanje in s pomočjo destilacije (izparevanja) pretvarja morsko vodo v pitno vodo.

Secondary title: Development of portable sea water desalinating device
Secondary abstract: The goal of the thesis is to construct a mobile water desalination system, the product of which will be potable fresh water. The system construction is mainly focused on portability, simplicity and operation without additional energy, for which we wish to produce at least two litres of drinking water per day. On the basis of the wishes and requests we developed different concepts, evaluated them and selected the most appropriate one. The system is using the solar radiation to convert seawater into potable water by distillation (evaporation).
