Abstract

V nalogi je obravnavano področje dimenzijskih meritev električnih vodnikov, ki se uporabljajo za izdelavo navitij transformatorjev. Z uporabo eksperimentov smo na preizkuševališču določili pogoje meritev, analizirali dimenzijske spremembe vodnikov pod obremenitvijo in izvedli meritve različnih tipov vodnikov. Ugotovili smo, da so odstopanja zaznavala LVDT od pravih dimenzij lahko velika in nelinearna. Zaznavalo, ki smo ga uporabili na preizkuševališču, smo zato umerili z uporabo merilnih kladic. Električni vodniki se pod obremenitvijo hitro deformirajo. Obvladovanje obremenitev pri merjenju dimenzij je zato ena od ključnih komponent tega procesa. Z meritvami smo pokazali, da so odstopanja dimenzij vodnikov od toleriranih mer lahko kar precejšnja. Opazili smo tudi velike razlike v kakovosti izdelave vodnikov različnih proizvajalcev. Na podlagi ugotovitev smo se odločili za nakup nove merilne naprave za merjenje dimenzij vodnikov. Napravo smo vpeljali v proizvodnjo podjetja in s tem omogočili preverjanje skladnosti dimenzij dobavljenih vodnikov s predpisanimi. S tem smo omogočili vhodno kontrolo električnih vodnikov in pridobili boljši nadzor nad procesom izdelave električnih navitij.

Secondary title: Dimensional measurements of electrical conductors for transformer coils
Secondary abstract: This thesis focuses on the dimensional measurements of electrical conductors, which are used to build transformer windings. Using experiments at the test station, we determined the conditions for measurements, analyzed the dimensional changes of conductors under load and performed measurements of different types of conductors. We found that the LVDT sensors% deviations from the correct dimensions can be large and non-linear. Therefore, we calibrated the sensor using gage blocks. Electrical conductors rapidly deform under load; therefore, managing the load during dimensional measurements is a key component of this process. The conductors% measurements showed that the deviations from their tolerated dimensions can be considerable. We also noticed great differences in the build quality of conductors made by different manufacturers. On the basis of our findings, we decided to purchase a new measuring device for measuring the dimensions of the conductors. We introduced the measuring device into production and thus enabled the verification of the conductors% dimensions within the prescribed conformity. This enables the input supply control of the electrical conductors and allows for better control over the process of making electrical windings.
