Abstract

Naloga obravnava optimizacijo difuzijskega dekompresijskega algoritma za izračun profila potopa z zrakom za dihalni plin. Cilj naloge je bil skrajšati trajanje dekompresije. Dekompresijski algoritem bazira na že obstoječih modelih, spremenili smo način zapisa maksimalnih dovoljenih tlakov na katere se potapljač med dekompresijo lahko dvigne. Pri tem smo primerjali aproksimacijo le-teh s kvadratno in kubično funkcijo. Opisali smo vpliv temperature vode in fizične aktivnosti potapljača na dekompresijo in pojav dekompresijske bolezni.

Secondary title: Optimisation of diffusion-based decompression algorithm in diving
Secondary abstract: The thesis describes optimisation of a diffusion-based decompression algorithm for calculating a dive profile using air as breathing gas. The goal was to shorten the duration of decompression. Decompression algorithm is based on already existing decompression models, we changed the way maximum pressure values for decompression stops were obtained. We compared approximation of these pressure values with a quadratic and cubic function. We described the effect of water temperature and physical activity of the diver, on decompression and occurrence of decompression sickness.
