Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena izdelava in primerjava računske energetske izkaznice tronadstropne stanovanjske hiše, v dveh različnih programih. Najprej je predstavljen sam objekt obravnave, njegova geografska lega, zgodovina in arhitekturne lastnosti. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni vhodni podatki, ki jih je potrebno vnesti v program za izračun energetske izkaznice, od uporabljenih materialov, toplotnih con in toplotnih mostov ter nameščenih sistemih prezračevanja, hlajenja, ogrevanja in razsvetljave v stavbi. Nadalje sta izračunani dve energetski izkaznici v dveh različnih programih. Podano je tudi dejansko stanje porabe energije za več časovnih obdobij, ki od računskega stanja seveda odstopa. Razlike med računsko energetsko izkaznico in dejanskim stanjem so predstavljene in opisane. Podane so tudi razlike med samima računskima energetskima izkaznicama in vzroki za možna odstopanja med programoma. V zaključku dela je predstavljenih več možnosti za izboljšanje dejanskega stanja in računske izkaznice.

Secondary abstract: |
This work represents the creation and comparison of the energy performance certificate for three storey residential building in two different programes. At first the building itself is introduced with its geographical location, history and architectural characteristics. Next the input data needed for the calculation is introduced. Materials, thermal bridges, heating systems, cooling systems and ventilation are introduced. Then two energy performance certificates are made in two different programes. After that the actual condition is introduced and comparison between the programes is made. The differences between an actual condition and performance certificates are introduced and commented. At the end there are several advices and recommendations for better energy efficiency of the building. |
