Abstract

V magistrskem delu je opisana izdelava in uporaba različnih vrst zobnikov. Večji poudarek je na izdelavi beveloidnih zobnikov. Predstavljena je tudi uporaba beveloidnih zobnikov v industriji. Predstavljena je izvedba obdelave z robotom Acma XR701 v kombinaciji z dvema servo osema. V enem izmed poglavij je opisana sinhronizacija servo osi, ki sta pomemben gradnik celotnega sistema. Robot je uporabljen za manipulacijo obdelovalnega orodja. Največjo težavo sta predstavljali sinhronizacija obeh servo motorjev in postavitev celotnega sistema. Sistem je bilo potrebno razviti tudi iz vidika konstrukcije, kar je podrobneje predstavljeno v tem magistrskem delu.

Secondary title: Options for the treatment of gears in the robot cell with robot ACMA XR701
Secondary abstract: Making and using different types of gears is described in this thesis. The main emphasize is on making the beveloid gears. Using of beveloid gears in industry is also described. Making the beveloid gears with robot ACMA XR701 in the combination with two servo axes is also described. In one of the chapters we have represented the synchronisation of the two servo axes, which is an important part of the whole system. Robot is used for the manipulation of the machining tool. The main problem was the synchronisation of both servo motors and the set up of the whole system. The main part of this thesis is dedicated to the solving of construction problems of the system.
