Abstract

Preračun evolventnih zobnikov je standardiziran in dobro poznan. Namen te zaključne naloge pa je obravnavati preračun izključno teoretično ter pri tem napisati program za izračun sil in tlakov na poljubnem zobniškem paru. Zaključna naloga zajema tudi primerjavo obeh načinov preračuna na primeru. Problema smo se lotili s programiranjem v Python programskem jeziku, kjer smo definirali geometrijo posameznega zobnika in jo nato uporabili za določitev razmer v ubiranju. Na podlagi pridobljenih geometrijskih podatkov in predpostavljene obremenitve smo določili sile in Hertzov tlak na zobniku. S programom lahko računamo bočno obremenitev poljubnih zobniških parov. Čeprav lahko tudi z izračuni po standardu določimo kritične vrednosti, ima programski način preračuna veliko prednosti. S programskim orodjem določimo potek Hertzovega tlaka in pri tem upoštevamo člene, ki jih brez programske obravnave ne bi mogli. S tem dobimo več informacij o njihovi porazdelitvi in na splošno širši pogled na razmere v ubiranju.

Secondary title: Software for tooth flank load calculation for involute gears
Secondary abstract: The calculation of involute gears is standardized and well-known. The purpose of this thesis is to perform the calculation exclusively theoretically and to write a program for the calculation of forces and Hertz pressure on an optional gear pair. The thesis also includes a comparison of the two methods of calculation for involute gears. We confronted the problem by programming in the Python programming language, where we defined the geometry of each gear and then used it to determine the conditions in gear meshing. On the basis of the calculated geometric data and the assumed tooth flank load, we determined the forces and the Hertz pressure on the tooth flank. The software can calculate the tooth flank load of an optional gears. Although we can also determine the critical values by calculating accordingly to the standard, the Python software has many advantages. As the result of calculation with the software tool, we get the distribution of loads and at that take into account the parameters, which we could not do without the software support. This gives us much more information about the load distribution and a broader view of the gear meshing conditions.
